About Dr. John Kriak

Since 1995, Johnstown, Pennsylvania’s Dr. John Kriak has performed in several roles for educational materials provider and test preparation company Kaplan, Inc. Over his years with the organization, he has functioned as a Teaching Assistant, Educational Content Developer, Educational Consultant, and Author. Knowledgeable about numerous standardized medical tests, Dr. Kriak has produced material related to the United States Medical Licensure Examination, the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination, and more. Dr. John Kriak is the sole author of Kaplan’s 726-page Pharmacy College Admissions Test Comprehensive Review, which features data on chemistry, verbal ability, reading comprehension, and other topics included on the exam. For the company’s National Dental Board Examination materials, he has written questions on pharmacology, pathology, behavioral sciences, and microbiology. For a time, Dr. John Kriak served as Kaplan’s Director of Pharmacy Programs and participated in the formation and marketing of one of its home study courses.

Dr. Kriak maintains several other positions in addition to working at Kaplan. As a consultant with Goldblatt Systems; Arroki, Inc.; and Dannemiller, he contributes his knowledge in medicine and education to businesses, physicians, and professionals engaged in many kinds of clinical and scientific work. As Chief Executive Officer and President of CAMMCO, LLC, Dr. John Kriak has assisted Conference Archives, Inc.; Conemaugh Health System; the American Heart Association, Inc.; and other groups with institutional review board and grant proposals, project implementations, and research trials.

Dr. John Kriak gives back to the community by donating to Catholic Charities USA; the American Cancer Society, Inc.; Food For The Poor, Inc.; the Knights of Columbus, and more. From his home, Dr. Kriak keeps in shape by lifting weights, playing racquetball, practicing archery, and running cross-country.
